Job Opportunity: Technical Support
Seeking a level 1 technical support and implementation engineer. Knowledge of basic Windows platforms, IP addressing, and basic network topologies required. A+ certification, MCP in Windows 2000 or higher, N+ certified or equal experience a plus. The ideal candidate is customer support oriented and wants to learn new skills.
